Resolving Claims
Investigate Mediate Negotiate

Claims can be resolved in three ways. Investigate
First, if an internal complaint surfaces, you can initiate an independent investigation. Armed with an expert Investigative Report, you will know the facts before you react and can determine the appropriate resolution.
Mediate
Second, if a claim is percolating or has been made, the parties can agree to a voluntary mediation. Here the parties creatively resolve their own dispute with the aid of an impartial third party neutral -- the mediator. This is a very cost-effective and efficient way to resolve a dispute. Mediations can resolve cases in as little as one day.
Negotiate
Third, when a claim is already in litigation, or close to it, you can bring in a seasoned negotiator to resolve the complaint to forego the disruption and expense of litigation. 97.8% claims settle before trial. Why not settle them sooner rather than on the eve of trial to save costs?
